We take our relationship with you very seriously. We understand you may be sceptical and that's why we want to address any potential concerns immediately and reduce any uncertainty on your part about working with us.

1. We never take on directly conflicting clients. If we're working for you then you can be assured that we're not working for any direct competitors in conflicting areas.
2. We provide dedicated client account managers who are employed by results on a salaried basis. Nobody earns commission at Results and this ensures all clients benefit from a first class service.
3. All our fees are transparent and we discuss them with you in detail from the outset. If you find any hidden charges at any time during the project, we will happily remove these from the final invoice.

4. From the outset we will explain exactly what we can and cannot do for you. It is our objective to create a project with clear, concise and measurable objectives and we deliver your project in line with this agreement.
5. Results will provide you with detailed project reporting in line with your specific requirements and this will be available to you at agreed points throughout the project.
6. You retain ownership of all data relating to the delivery of the project and this will be passed to you in full on completion. This enables you to continue the work carried out by Results, which increases the overall potential to further improve the return on your investment.
